I Heart Ultimate

Had another rockin' disc-filled weekend with the Ultimate Warriors. Friday night pick-up at San Lo, Saturday practice at Urda, and Sunday games at ACC. Yesterday was Day 3 of the Monsoon League. We won our first two games, both by universal points! We lost the 3rd game but it's all good. Our record is now 6 wins and 3 losses. Not bad for a relatively young team. We've come a long way from winning against only one team back in Monsoon League 2007. Can't wait for finals day on Saturday.

But wait! There's more!

We're having our little Warriors tourney in September. This is supposed to be our Urda Open, but then we may not be holding it in Urda anymore. Details aren't final yet. Even the tourney name is still being deliberated. Some of the names being thrown around include Warriors Open Wonderland or WOW, Warriors Tournament Festival or WTF, or Ultimate Tourney Out of Town or UTOT. What the? LOL. Anyway, what's in a name, right?

Ultimate, ultimate, ultimate.

This is absolute madness.
