Four Days

Friday

• Haircut #6. Yay short chops. I think this is as short as I can go and I am lovin' it. It makes me feel like I can get away with anything.
  
• Beers with girl friends. It's always fun to hang with the girls.

Saturday

• Monsoon Madness finals. We lost our first game but won the second. We were supposed to play a third game, but the heavens would have none of it. Heavy rains cancelled the games. Later they decided to push through with the championship matches. The rest of the games are for rescheduling, I think. Anyway, it was still oodles of fun.
  
• Monsoon Madness after party. I had a blast dancing with everyone. It's been a while since I danced danced and I miss it. It was loads of fun. Needless to say, disc addicts are wild party animals. :)
• New Warriors uniforms. We went for black and white this time and everyone got their preferred styles (t-shirt, sleeveless, racerback, etc.). I got a dress and a racerback top. The dress is a little snug at the bottom, but very cute. If you can't play, display. :P
  

Sunday

• Lazy daisy. Spent the day doing nothing. Then at night, I met up with some bored friends for beers at Grilla near Rockwell. :P Finally got the chance to try their below zero beers. Maybe I wasn't really in a drinking mood, but I prefer very cold beers to below zero beers. I tend to drink my beers in big gulps at a time, and I couldn't do that with the subzero beers. Maybe I'll try them again when I'm in better drinking condition. :P
  

Monday

• Zoo day. Went to Ark Avilon Zoo near Tiendesitas with the same bored friends from Grilla. The zoo has birds, reptiles, tigers, pumas, jaguars, and lions. My favorite was Arthur, the English sheepdog. Adorable. Sometimes I wish I had a dog, but nobody would take care of it if I'm not around. :( Anyway, I felt for the animals though. The big cats looked really sad and tired. Wild animals are not meant to be in cages. :(
• Feeling funky. I was really feeling my new hair. There seems to be a sense of freedom that comes with having short hair. It's like I can do anything I want and I won't feel self-conscious because I have an excuse. Yesterday I wore this huge shirt with the bottom part tied in front and the sleeves folded up. It was a little 80's, but I didn't really care. I have weird hair, therefore I am really weird and will do weird things like wear weird clothes. LOL. :P
  
• Cool shirt. The shirt I'm talking about is that cool shirt I ordered online. It turned out to be several sizes too big. I'm still thinking about how to alter that shirt without tearing it up in pieces. I can't bring myself to cut up the shirt because it has a gorgeous pair of butterfly wings printed on the back.
