Reading Time

I bought two books on sale over lunch today. I don't usually buy books unless they were on sale. Yes, I'm a cheap ass. I only wanted to buy Mozart's Sister by Nancy Moser, but I wanted to use my credit card so I had to buy at least one more book to reach the minimum for credit card charges. The next interesting book under 200 bucks was Circus of the Damned by Laurell K. Hamilton. Both books only cost me less than 400 bucks. Yes, I really am a super cheap ass. :P

I was drawn to Mozart's Sister because it's about the life of Nannerl, Wolfgang's older sister, who was also very talented, but had to deal with being a woman in a time where women's choices were limited. Eeenteresting, right? I think I will like this book. Read more about it here.

I picked Circus of the Damned because aside from being under 200 bucks it's about vampires and other interesting creatures. I googled it when I got back to the office and apparently it's the third book of an erotic fantasy series. Haha. Crap. I don't like starting on a series. I might feel compelled to read the other books. Oh well.
